The final candidate will lead our Consultant and Account Manager teams to ensure the effective implementation of our booking software for the ferry industry and maintain long-term customer relationships. Extensive travelling within Europe, occasionally also to North America, is a constant part of the job, which requires a strong background in process analysis, customer communication and business development.Lead and manage teams of Consultants and Account Managers in both Flensburg and Palma de Mallorca, ensuring cohesive and effective team operations. Play an active role as part of the Senior Management Team, collaborating closely with the Managing Director to align customer success strategies with overall business goals. Oversee and ensure the successful implementation of software projects for both internal and external clients, maintaining sustainable client relationships. Develop and present business improvement proposals to clients, leveraging insights from process and data analyses. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and addressing client needs promptly and effectively. Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights, contributing to the development of the product roadmap. Monitor and report on the performance of customer success initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and outcomes. RequirementsWhat You BringDegree in technical science, economics, or equal qualification in a related field.Proven experience in a senior customer success, key account management, or consulting role, ideally within the software sector or equivalent expertise with software rollouts in industries like Ferries, Cruises, Travel, Hotels, or maritime Logistics.Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams across multiple locations.Strong analytical skills with a track record of conducting process analyses and developing strategic business proposals.Willingness and ability to plan travel up to 40% of the working time.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Apply nowSounds interestingYou just found your dream job? – let's go to know each other!
