Job Summary: Coordinator for Data Exchange Procedures

Coordinate pension payment procedures, develop and implement exchange processes with authorities and courts, and represent the division in national and international working groups.

About the Job

The Pension Payment Procedures and Pension Adjustment department is responsible for controlling and coordinating the correct and regular payment and adjustment of pensions from a technical and IT perspective.

  • Organize, coordinate, and further develop the pension payment process in legal and IT matters.
  • Participate in the pension adjustment process.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance measures.
  • Represent the division in national and international working groups.
  • Analyze the consequences of legislative changes.
  • Prepare reports, statements, and decision papers.
  • Participate in workshops and training events.

About the Profile

We are looking for a highly qualified professional with a degree in social insurance, public administration, or a comparable field, and several years of relevant experience.

  • University degree in social insurance, public administration, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of task-relevant professional experience.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social security law.
  • Experience in coordinating and controlling work processes.
  • Confident, communicative manner, and willingness to travel.
