In 2011 we carried out the first-ever crewed flight of a fully electric multicopter and have since conducted more than 2,000 public and private test flights across the world (www.volocopter.com).Job DescriptionYour mission during this flight:As a NX Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of Siemens NX solutions within the context of computer-aided design (CAD) systems. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction, ensuring optimal system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CAD solutions.Tasks:Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and design customized solutions using Siemens NX.Troubleshoot occurring CAD issues, address and complete incoming Siemens NX support tickets created by the engineers.Develop architecture solutions that leverage Siemens NX capabilities, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle, from concept to delivery.Customize and configure Siemens NX solutions to meet specific project needs and client requirements.Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, gather requirements, and present technical solutions effectively.Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the implemented solutions, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on Siemens NX solutions.QualificationsCheck in your professional skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.In-depth knowledge and experience with Siemens NX software, including its various modules and functionalities.Strong understanding of computer-aided design (CAD) systems and experience with integrating CAD solutions into larger enterprise systems.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Demonstrated experience leading the design and architecture of large-scale software systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of end-users.Additional InformationOur Volocopter flight includes:Fast-growing high-tech company with a superb network of investors and partners.Chance to shape the future of aviation.Help us to create groundbreaking new projects - from scratch!Personal accountability, as well as growth and learning opportunities, based on your personal strengths.An inspiring workplace with modern workspaces, flexible hours, quick decision-making, a flat hierarchy, positive leadership, great team spirit.Diversity at Volocopter:Our differences are what make us great.
