bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für unser Vertriebs-Team in Deutschland, wenn es um die Einführung und Nutzung von HubSpot sowie unser Händlerportal geht. Mit deiner Expertise unterstützt du die Sales-Abteilung dabei, Prozesse zu optimieren, innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln und die Effizienz kontinuierlich zu steigern. Zudem organisierst du Schulungen und sorgst dafür, dass neue Tools und Strategien erfolgreich in den Arbeitsalltag integriert werden. Your mission Big Picture Thinking:

You will optimize the sales process in Germany, closely collaborate with sales teams, define sales targets, standardize processes, and create reports to ensure success Taking Responsibility:

You will be responsible for the implementation and management of the HubSpot CRM tool in Germany, ensuring that reports and benchmarks are used to the fullest Solving Bottlenecks:

You proactively identify obstacles in the sales process and come up with innovative solutions to take the productivity of the sales team to the next level Leading the Rollout:

You will be the central point of contact for the introduction of the dealer portal in Germany, driving its acceptance across the sales landscape Planning and Support:

Together with sales and marketing, you will organize trade shows, events, and local promotional activities to increase the visibility and success of our brand Improving Processes:

You will lead projects aimed at improving efficiency and sales strategies and ensure successful implementation

Your Education

:

You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or a combination of relevant work experience and education Your Experience

:

You have extensive knowledge of the principles and practices of marketing and sales, with experience in CRM systems and ideally roll-out systems to support and enhance sales strategies Your Skills

You work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining a focus on execution and results Your Mindset:

You possess strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, both internally and externally Organized and Strategi
